I grew up in farm country, and I know that to build a barn that will withstand the tests of time, you need a strong foundation. Like my barn, my campaign needs a strong foundation, too. And I’m asking you to help us build it. Will you chip in $20 right now and help me defeat Andy Harris?

The Founding Fathers knew that to build a solid structure of government that would serve for generations, our country needed a strong foundation. So they built a foundation of democratic principles, with none more important than free and fair elections.

Andy Harris and those Republicans who continue to lie about the last election are weakening the foundation of our government. The laws they support to deprive Americans from exercising their right to vote chip away at the base. Their support of laws that allow state legislators to determine the outcome of elections and minimize the voice of the voters rips the foundation right out from under our feet.

Foundations don’t last forever. The foundation in this picture is crumbling. The foundation of our democracy is in danger, too. It takes hard work to preserve and protect the foundation so that it lasts, especially when destructive forces try to attack it.

I’m protecting the base of this barn - and I will protect and defend the base of our democracy. I will do everything I can to stop the Republican assault on America’s foundation and work to rebuild it for generations to come. That means stopping Andy Harris and his Q-Anon friends from assaulting the foundation of our democracy. But I can’t do it alone.
