Join the National Call-In Day TODAY to stop one of Trump’s worst judicial nominees, Steven Menashi, who was just nominated for a lifetime seat on the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.
Call your senator now urging them to vote NO on Steven Menashi's lifetime appointment. Menashi’s anti-women, anti-immigrant, racist agenda would threaten our rights for generations to come – but we have the power to do something about it.

John –
Trump forced Brett Kavanaugh through to the Supreme Court despite his refusal to protect the rights of women. Now, we must fight to stop the confirmation of yet another one of Trump’s cronies to a lifetime appointment: Steve Menashi.
Menashi has argued against the Affordable Care Act’s contraceptive coverage policy, opposed access to emergency contraception for college students, referred to abortion rights as “radical,” and is closely associated with the Federalist Society — an anti-abortion group.
His record shows a history of contempt for women, LGBTQ people, communities of color, immigrants, and sexual assault survivors. Until recently, Menashi was Betsy DeVos’ right-hand man at the Department of Education as she weakened access to public education and dismantled protections for LGBTQ students and survivors of sexual assault.
In his current role as Special Assistant and Associate Counsel to the President, Menashi has worked closely with Stephen Miller to enact some of our nation’s most draconian, racist immigration policies that tear families apart and impact all of us, especially women.
We can stop Menashi before he reaches the full Senate floor, but we need your help to ensure every senator hears our opposition. Call your senators now at (202) 224-3121 and tell them to vote NO on Menashi.
We must let our senators know that we expect them to do the right thing and vote NO on Menashi. If they don’t, we will remember it at the polls.
Call your senators now at (202) 224-3121 and tell them to oppose Menashi’s nomination.
In solidarity,
