We are five days into the second special session. The Texas Senate has been hard at work for the people of Texas. But the Texas House has yet to have a quorum thanks to the Runaway Dems. The Texas Senate has already passed several bills on Gov. Abbott's call at record speed since Saturday.
Here are the bills we have passed so far:
The Texas Senate has passed some of these bills SEVERAL times! And we will keep passing them until the Democrats get back to work so the Texas House can hear these conservative priorities.
The Texas House Democrats' refusal to show up for work is a dereliction of their elected and sworn duty. Retired teachers will be unable to get the 13th check that they deserve. Dangerous criminals will continue to be released on bail to commit more crimes. Additionally, Texans will not receive the benefits of much needed property tax reform!
Make no mistake, the Texas Senate will continue to pass these bills again and again until the House finally has a quorum, and the Democrats decide to do the job they were elected to do.
Because we keep turning conservative policy into conservative legislation, the Democrats are trying to defeat me at the ballot box. The Democrats will stop at nothing to beat me in 2022. Can I count on your financial support of $5-10-25 or more today?
The Democrats fled to Congress to be with their liberal friends and donors. Don't you just know they're asking for help to defeat me? I appreciate all your support. Any donation will offset the liberal contributions they will use against me and against our shared conservative values.
