We fell short of our goals, and that meant starting this month at a deficit in our fundraising. This can’t happen again if we’re going to provide a much-needed check on Democrats who just passed a $3.5 trillion budget despite rapidly rising inflation that is killing the middle class!
Democrats are now emboldened by our miserable fundraising so they’re looking to ram through this massive socialist spending bill without any Republican support. A recent survey found that the overwhelming majority of Americans are concerned that this level of spending will lead to higher inflation, higher taxes and lower economic growth, but the Democrats don’t care! They’re just looking to repay their special interest donors who got them elected.
If we want to have any chance of stopping this reckless spending, we need to show them that the American people won’t tolerate their bullshit! In order to do that, we need the resources to compete with their most recent $100 million dark money ad buy.
