Gardner is one of the least popular senators in America, with an approval rating of just 36%. Only two senators fare worse.
Cory Gardner is even less popular than Mitch McConnell.
Gardner’s performance makes him one of the most vulnerable Republicans in the Senate. So the question for Colorado is not whether he’ll lose but who should replace him.
