Meet Marcia Silverberg, a steadfast Texas Campaign supporter since 2017. Marcia is the owner and founder of HR Directions, the consulting firm that she founded in 1998. As a semi-retired human resources executive, Marcia focuses her consulting work on three areas: executive coaching, leadership training, and meeting facilitation.

Throughout her life, Marcia has been committed to community service from her
days as a youth leader in Buffalo, NY to her professional and volunteer leadership roles in Syracuse, NY and Austin, TX.

On our board, she currently serves as Secretary and is a member of the Fund Development, Finance, and Audit Committee. She tells us why she supports the Texas Campaign in this short video.
