Meet Nicolas Suarez.

Nicolas was one of our 2017 Youth Advocates of the Year. He was motivated to fight Big Tobacco after seeing the impact of tobacco use in his own home. Watching his mother use tobacco every day – then quit after his own advocacy – inspired him to continue fighting for change, both at home and in his community. Today, Nicolas is hard at work advocating for equitable access to the COVID-19 vaccine.
