Lumene “Lightning” Montissol is headed to the 2022 Special Olympics USA Game and she is sure to electrify the crowd!

Lumene, a track and field athlete from Massachusetts, is finally having her dream of competing on a national stage come true. She’ll be joining thousands of athletes, Unified partners and coaches from across the country who will compete in the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games. 

But before Lumene has a chance to hit the track she’s hard at training for her chance to win big and get the gold. There are 298 days until the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games, can we send Lumene 298 high fives to show her we are wishing her good luck?
