While Katie’s district was long a GOP stronghold, Porter flipped the seat from red to blue in 2018 and it now leans left by 1 percentage point.Katie is the FIRST ever Democrat to win her district, which means Republicans will do everything in their power to flip CA-45 back to red come November 2022.
