John,

One of our most sacred rights in this country is an efficient justice system, but case backlogs are forcing people to wait months or even years to have their day in court.

Hank is working hard to save our courts. He just introduced legislation to add hundreds of federal judgeships and end the ongoing judicial emergency. As Hank says: Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied.

Our courts need help, and Hank has the solution. Will you pitch in today to support his court reform work?

Judiciary officials have identified nearly 40 judicial emergencies across the country. Judges are feeling the workload strain and have testified many times that they cannot fulfill their obligations without Congressional action.

Overworked judges means miscarriages of justice. We need to step in to ensure that decisions are fair and just, and not made in order to get through to the next case.

Will you stand with Hank’s work to fix our broken justice system by donating to his movement today?

Thanks for your support,
— Hank Johnson
