Friend --
The anti-gunners are keeping us on our toes. Another not-so-subtle attempt to chip away at our gun rights was introduced by Rep. Ted Deutch (D-FL). You may know Ted by the litany of anti-gun bills he introduces on a regular basis. Essentially, he's the Ed Markey of the U.S. House. This bill, H.R. 4953 <[link removed]>, is one of his more ambitious and egregious bills.

H.R. 4953 would regulate most semi-automatic rifles under the National Firearms Act (NFA). All that would be necessary to be included under the NFA, according to this bill, is that a semi-auto has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine. That's it. Just do a quick review of your inventory and I am sure this bill would impact you.
To encourage your legislators to shut this bill down quicker than the investigation into Epstein's "suicide", simply click one of the red "STOP NFA OVERREACH!" buttons in this email. You will be provided a pre-written email that you are encouraged to edit and personalize prior to sending. FPC's constituent outreach program makes contacting your elected officials easy and sends your email directly to your specific legislators.

As we continue to grow our network and influence, I want to thank those of you who have been keeping up with all of the legislative activity. I know there have been a lot of action items lately, but we only need to look at the David Chipman ATF nomination <[link removed]> to see what our impact has been. Our voices are being heard and we couldn't do it without this collective effort. Let's keep up the fight and let's crush Rep. Deutch's dreams by squashing this bill.
Yours in Liberty,
Trey Ramsey
