Today, Governor Andrew Cuomo resigned. In 14 days, Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul will take over as Governor.

Andrew Cuomo has been the single biggest obstacle to protecting tenants who are still struggling to survive as the the pandemic rages on.

We demand that Governor Hochul immediately extend the eviction moratorium. Click here to sign the petition.

Abuse, intimidation, and corruption have been the hallmark traits of Andrew Cuomo's administration. Tenants and unhoused people of New York experienced this firsthand, as his administration has failed to implement policies to protect tenants through the duration of the pandemic and has completely botched COVID-19 rent relief programs twice.

As Governor, Kathy Hochul will have the responsibility to end #CuomosHousingCrisis. We will be there to make sure she does.
