My fellow Nevada Senator Jacky Rosen said I could reach out with an important ask in this critical time. I wish I was reaching out with good news, but CNN has named me one of the most vulnerable senators in the nation.

GOP outside groups have already spent nearly $1 million to flip this seat -- and The Cook Political Report just downgraded my chances of winning Nevada's critical Senate race.

Let me be very clear: Senate control hinges on what happens in Nevada -- and I'm about to fall short of my urgent rapid-response goal as of 12 a.m. EST.

That's why I'm turning to you : I won by just 2 points in 2016, and I cannot afford to miss this goal or lose any ground. Races in Nevada are always tough, so I'm counting on you.

I wouldn't ask you personally like this if it weren't important. I need to raise another $6,275 by midnight -- and I can't miss this goal. With Senate control on the line, every single dollar today could mean the difference between winning and losing tomorrow.
