One thing we know for certain, John, bigots absolutely hate it when an LGBTQ candidate wins. Last cycle, anti-equality groups did their best to smear our candidates. Bigots attacked our candidates’ partners and families, sent anti-LGBTQ death threats on social media and falsely accused candidates of pedophilia – an old and disgusting tactic to marginalize LGBTQ people.

This year, they’re back at it. Virginia Delegate Danica Roem is facing ANOTHER anti-trans bigot, while her legislative colleague Joshua Cole is running against a Trump supporter who makes phony 911 calls against Black Lives Matter protesters.
