Hi John,
Welcome to August! Last month was a busy one for MCDC. We elected a new E-Board led by Chairman Chip Robinson, Vice-Chair Robin Gurin, Executive Director Scott Carlson, Secretary John Aden, Treasurer Austin Ashley, and Sargent-at-Arms Leslye Moya.
We also brought on our new Political Director, Elliot Schneier, and we congratulate his predecessor, Leslye Moya on her new role as the Regional Political Director for the NJ Forward Coordinated Campaign.
If some of those names sound unfamiliar, don't worry, August is full of super fun events where you can meet the whole MCDC team. On August 15th, at the Montville Community Park, we'll be having our annual Summer BBQ. It promises to be a day full of fun, food, and Democratic friends so click on the poster below to get your tickets and support the Morris County Democrats.

Weekly Volunteer Opportunities |
With Election day less than 100 days away, there are tons of ways to get involved. We've highlighted just a few of the regular volunteer opportunities going on around the county. They're all great ways to get involved and do your part this election cycle.
Every weekend you can join out LD26 team for canvassing and postcards, they also run a phone bank every Tuesday at 5:30pm. Use the link below to sign up for the shift that works best for you.
Our friends in LD25 are also sending out canvassers, and you could be one of them. See the link below to sign up for their Saturday canvass.
You can also come out and support our three great candidates for County Commissioner at their weekend canvasses and Thursday phone banks. You can sign up for those below.

Sept 18th - Mail-in Ballots begin to get sent out
Oct 12th - Voter Registration Deadline
Oct 23rd - Oct 31st - In-person Early Voting Period
