This is bad… really bad. And this is only ONE example. There are countless others who sneak into the country and are never apprehended. And even more who aren’t being tested for COVID (since the administration doesn’t require it or proof of vaccines).

As you know, there has already been a surge of COVID along the border. It was inevitable, given the poor conditions and lack of access to health care in the countries migrants are coming from, the journey along the way, and the overpacked holding pens.

🛑 In the first two weeks of July, there was a 900% INCREASE in COVID-positive cases in the Rio Grande Valley Sector, the epicenter of the border crisis.

🛑 But it is completely and utterly reckless, irresponsible, and incomprehensible for the Biden administration to release COVID-positive migrants into American cities…

🛑 To add insult to injury, the local authorities say they aren’t allowed to stop COVID-positive migrants from leaving the area and moving to another place in the U.S.

🛑 NOW, the administration is trying to fully repeal Title 42, an effective policy put in place to prevent people from crossing the border illegally during this pandemic.

It is outrageous that the federal government EXPECTS the state and local government to deal with THEIR problem. The city is expected to house and take care of the migrants that the Biden administration let illegally enter our country.
