Despite the continuous economic sanctions that countries are placing on North Korea, the country continued to seek materials and technology for new systems.
On Monday, a South Korean official confirmed that South Korea and the U.S. are planning to conduct a joint, computer-based military simulation despite discouragement by North Korea. The drills will center around crisis management training.
