Colorado Republicans Announce "Commitment to Colorado"
Denver, Colorado. - Today, the Colorado Republican Party, in conjunction with Republican leaders in the State House and State Senate, announced the Colorado Republicans' "Commitment to Colorado"
Our big three priorities are making Colorado affordable, prioritizing public safety, and expanding educational choice for families across our state.
"Republicans will always stand up for working class families, our children, our small business owners, our farmers & ranchers, and all those who want to work hard and build the American Dream. At this gas station, just 6 months ago, the price per gallon was $2.19 - today that cost is $3.69. Under Democrat control, price increases are wrecking havoc on family budgets. I'm proud to stand with our Republican leaders in the House and Senate, allies on the center right, and the volunteers that drive our Party to ensure that the people of Colorado have a real opportunity for a better future." - Chairwoman Kristi Burton Brown
"If you give Republicans back both the Colorado House and Senate, expanding your voice in the public education system will be one of our top three priorities. Nothing, nothing, is more important than giving our children every opportunity to succeed. One size fits nobody when it comes to public education." - Senate Minority Leader Chris Holbert
"We cannot stand idly by as our beloved state descends even further into chaos. We all remember the boarded up windows and flagrant lawlessness of the past year. It won't be easy, but we have dedicated partners, genuine public servants, and a Republican Commitment to the FAMILIES of Colorado to solve this problem." - House Minority Leader Hugh McKean
“Anyone who’s filled their car up with gas, or gone to the grocery store lately, knows that everything is more expensive. At a time when our unemployment rate remains 35th worst in the country, Democrats have nevertheless decided to raise taxes and fees. It’s time for a new direction. Conservatives and Republicans will work to make Colorado more affordable.” - Executive Director of Colorado Rising Action Michael Fields
