Hi Friend,
After Texas Democrats broke quorum for a third time -- holding the line against voter suppression in Greg Abbott’s second special session -- Texas Republicans have shown they will do anything to force through their election suppression bill.
Republicans in the Senate are now changing the rules so they can push through legislation without giving the public notice or time to speak out in hearings. Once again, Texas Republicans have silenced the voices of their constituents in an effort to maintain power.

Texas Democrats are going to continue to fight back.
Can you chip in $7 or whatever you can to this fight?

Subject: BREAKING: Texas Democrats break quorum again to stop Trump’s Big Lie in Texas
Hi Friend, did you see the breaking news?
Texas Democratic legislators have denied Greg Abbott the quorum he needs to pass his voter suppression legislation -- not for the second, but for the third time.
Earlier this week, Greg Abbott called ANOTHER irregular legislative session aimed squarely at denying Texans the ability to make their voices heard.
But, our Texas Democratic legislators said hell no. They are holding the line and doing whatever it takes to ensure that every eligible Texan is able to cast a ballot.
We’re going to keep fighting for a national solution to protect our right to vote, to defeat Republicans’ attacks once and for all. We can’t do it without you. As we get ready for the next stage in the battle, will you chip in $7 or whatever you can to help us keep the fight alive?
