Hello John,

Governor Cuomo signed an executive order declaring a gun violence state of emergency. He is treating it as a public health issue for his own political gain. But how does that affect our Second Amendment right?

This executive order threatens the gun rights of law-abiding citizens. These Americans are not the problem. The problem is radical Democratic politicians letting CRIMINALS back onto the streets! 

83% of people arrested on gun charges are released. The gun-rights of law-abiding Americans should be protected and not the rights of these criminals!
