This is inexcusable, friend. If Paul Gosar thinks far-right white supremacists deserve more of our legislators' attention than the millions of American families who have been struggling to make ends meet during a pandemic, then we should treat him like what he is: a criminal.
For abandoning his constituents in a time of need, for helping organize the far-right insurrection at the Capitol on January 6, and for galvanizing Donald Trump's authoritarian, white-supremacist base, Paul Gosar should be expelled from Congress and tried for sedition.
The American political system must be protected at all costs from Paul Gosar and his far-right cronies. Our democracy depends on level-headed, serious, principled civil servants who will fight for the people -- not against the people. The 2022 midterms are approaching fast, friend, and the far-right has a game plan in place to seize power.
