Inspiration and Photo Contest for a Special World Humanitarian Day

Every day, millions of people struggle just to get the basic health services they need -- many We are all part of one human family. We share the same need for peace, health and safety. A mother wants health and happiness for her child, whether she lives in Washington D.C., Colombia or Ethiopia. A doctor wants to provide the best possible care to their patients, whether they live in London or in a rural village in Nepal.

These simple truths form the foundation of our humanitarianism. The compassionate Project HOPE community of health workers, volunteers and supporters like you, first name, bring these values to life by acting together as one -- and reaching out to care for strangers all around the world.

While World Humanitarian Day isn't until August 19, I wanted to share some inspiration and some ways to celebrate health workers and our humanitarian community...
