** We couldn't wait to tell you! RfA is seeking applications for the Program Coordinator position, a new role that will help our current staff more effectively support you and others in making change in the RCA!

The Program Coordinator will have responsibilities in three main areas:
* Creating and implementing programming and resources to engage supporters like you.
* Communicating RfA's mission and the gospel-driven work of full affirmation to those who still need to hear it.
* Direct outreach to rostered ministers and congregations, LGBTQIA+ seminarians and college students, and those who want to break down the barriers to full affirmation of LGBTQIA+ people in their churches and communities.

This work is big and it's daunting, but it's worth it and we need another pair of full-time hands to help us make it happen! Whether you're curious to learn more about this role for yourself, or sharing it with interested friends and loved ones, we're grateful for the ways you made this work possible.
