Your HRC Must-Read

The last few weeks, the LGBTQ community has made its voices heard in historic ways and spaces. Community members spoke up about urgent needs at the first-ever nationally broadcast LGBTQ presidential town hall — co-hosted by CNN and the HRC Foundation. Featuring nine presidential hopefuls, it was inspiring to see LGBTQ community members bring forward the epidemic of violence affecting trans Black women, the realities of HIV today, the need for the Equality Act and so much more. All of this was just days after the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in three critical LGBTQ civil rights cases about protecting LGBTQ workers.

We also made some HRC history by upping our investment in a number of key areas including trans equality and justice, combating voter suppression, racial equity and in the litigation field. As supporters, thank you for joining us in the crucial work ahead.
