Dear John,

When I reflect on the work you’ve helped ICT accomplish so far this year, I’m so
grateful. As a member of ICT’s worldwide community of compassion, you’ve made
great strides for the Tibetan people.

But China’s crackdown in Tibet is worsening every day. That’s why we can’t pause
our lifesaving work for even a moment.

This is your last chance to get your inspiration card. Please rush your gift to ICT now to continue the fight against China’s
oppression and strive to bring peace to Tibet.

And when you donate, we’ll send you a unique wooden inspiration card, engraved
with wise words from His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

The next few months are critical to making sure that we don’t lose any of the
ground that we’ve gained over the past year.

Your support will ramp up ICT’s advocacy efforts in three key areas:

* Advocate for the passage of the recently introduced Tibetan Policy and Support Act of 2019 in the
US Congress
* Ensure the federal government fully enforces of the Reciprocal Access to
Tibet Act
* Intensify pressure on China's government to open Tibet to the world

There’s a lot of work to do, but with you on our side, I know we can push
further in support of the Tibetan people. Make your most generous gift now for our work to protect human rights so all
Tibetans can live in peace.

Thank you for the important role that you play in the struggle for peace in
Tibet.

With Gratitude,

Bhuchung K. Tsering
Vice President

P.S. This is the last chance to get your wooden inspiration card. Make a gift now to help end China’s oppression so Tibetans can live in peace,
and we’ll send your wooden inspiration card with our thanks.
