In 2020, President Biden said that we’re in a fight for the soul of our nation.

That fight is very much still happening here in Ohio, John.

We’re looking at one of the most corrupt state governments in the nation, facing substantial job loss, rising healthcare premiums, a massive Covid resurgence -- and a lack of leadership willing to take it on.

Republicans at every level of our state are not interested in fighting for Ohioans.

I was born and raised here and I’m going to raise my own family here because I’ve seen the heart of Ohio firsthand.

In the Ohio I know, we help our neighbors.
In the Ohio I know, we take care of working families.
And in the Ohio I know, we fight for what’s right, even when it’s hard.

We’ve got quite the fight ahead of us. The GOP special interests in this state don’t want Democrats like me challenging the status quo.

I have skin in the game when it comes to Ohio’s future, so when I say I’m going to fight like hell for the soul of our state, I mean it.
