We can’t miss this opportunity.

John,

Did you know that if elected, Val would be the first woman ever elected to the U.S. Senate from Pennsylvania? She’d also be the very first woman physician. We can’t afford to miss this opportunity to make history — especially when the Senate actually lost women representation in 2020.

But a new opponent jumped in the race yesterday, and we’ve got to keep up the momentum — so our team set a goal of bringing in 5,000 grassroots donations by tomorrow to show the strength of this campaign. We’re counting on you to help us reach it:

If you’re ready to help us make history, chip in to help reach our goal and send Val to the U.S. Senate.

Representation is important. And adding more women’s voices at the leadership tables in Washington is long overdue.

As a physician, Chair of Pennsylvania’s third-largest county, and mom to three great kids, Val knows firsthand the obstacles working mothers face. She knows how important policies like paid leave, pay equity, and access to women’s health care and services are to building a stronger economy and healthier communities for us all.

In fact, she fought to make paid parental leave and a $15 minimum wage a reality for county workers, and she’s determined to do the same for workers nationwide in the U.S. Senate.

And with the future of Roe v. Wade hanging in the balance, she knows it’s never been more important to defend reproductive justice and make sure a woman’s health decisions stay between her and her doctor.

But she can’t bring that representation and experience to the U.S. Senate without your help.

Will you meet this moment by chipping in so we can reach our grassroots goal and send Val to the Senate?
