We're LAST in every health care ranking among high-income nations. That means we’re the world's richest nation and spend more per capita on health care compared to our peer nations, yet we’re last in health outcomes across the board.
You know what all those other nations have in common?

This is all avoidable in the richest country in the world. Our private, for-profit health care system is broken.
Medicare for All is the popular, necessary, and urgent solution to a cruel health care system. The proposal that I introduced earlier this year ensures everyone has the care they need. That’s health care WITH primary care, vision, dental, prescription drugs, mental health, long-term supports and services, reproductive care, and more. It’s health care WITHOUT copays, private insurance premiums, deductibles, and other out-of-pocket costs.
