Here's some of what's going on with the Chapter this week:

• Building working class power begins at home! Adopted at our annual Convention, the Deep Canvass Campaign is centered on listening and growing relationships with our neighbors to grow working-class power. If you’d like to be involved in creating our neighborhood organizing push, fill out This Form and a coordinator will reach out to you!
• Speaking of Convention, while we held our annual Chapter Convention in June, the DSA National Convention, which happens every two years, is currently happening! Over 1,000 delegates from across the country, including our own Chapter delegates, are meeting to discuss, debate and vote on the future of our movement. Plus, there's tons of workshops, panels, and talks available to all members, including speeches from India Walton and Rashida Tlaib, and a plenary featuring Jeremy Corbyn and Dilma Rousseff. • Lastly, reminder you once again that we've moved from our old Slack workspace! Slack is where the majority of our planning and discussion happens between General Meetings, so if you're a member and would like to join the new Slack, have any questions, or are unsure of your membership status, please email us and we'll get it sorted out.
