Fifty-six years ago today, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Voting Rights Act into law to enforce the 15th Amendment and guarantee the right to vote for every American. But since the Supreme Court gutted the act in 2013, a wave of voter suppression laws have been passed.

Now Republican state legislatures across the country are passing record numbers of laws to make voting more difficult with 18 states enacting 30 laws this year alone.

On the fifty-sixth anniversary of the Voting Rights Act, will you take our Voting Rights Survey? We'd like your input on the spread of anti-voting rights measures.
