With the Delta variant surging, things may seem bleak for us once again. I'm feeling it too -- especially as we all look forward to our kids returning to school in the fall.

It's clear this fight isn't over, but we've come a long way in the last year: 166 million Americans have been vaccinated and the rate is only increasing. We helped lift millions out of economic hardship caused by the pandemic with legislation like the expanded child tax credit. And we've delivered billions in relief to cities and small businesses to keep the American people on their feet.

We have much more work ahead of us. I can tell you that securing funding for infrastructure projects here in the district and addressing the climate crisis are some of the issues at the top of my list, but I want to hear from you:
