Kevin McCarthy is dangerous, team,
While speaking at a recent fundraiser in Tennessee, Kevin McCarthy told hundreds of supporters, “I want you to watch Nancy Pelosi hand me that gavel. … It'll be hard not to hit her with it.”
This man is just five seats away from controlling the House majority with the same violent rhetoric that incited a deadly Capitol insurrection -- and if we continue at this rate, we'll all be watching Speaker Pelosi hand over her post to him.
After POLITICO reported that most voters are clueless about Biden's accomplishments, Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney, chair of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, made it clear that if Democrats spread the message, “we're going to hold the House. That's what this data tells us, but we gotta get in action.”
Because of your vote, millions of working families and small businesses received the help they needed so stay afloat. Countless lives have been saved because the administration we elected embraced science and facilitated access to millions of vaccines.
Now Biden is working to make the biggest investment in America's infrastructure in history -- ensuring that our buildings are safe, our water is drinkable, and the threat of climate change is met with action.
But Republicans are doing all they can to control the narrative, team -- and so far, they're succeeding.
