Last week, I allocated an additional $2 million from the Governor’s Emergency Fund to give a big boost to the Crime Suppression Unit, launched by the Georgia Department of Public Safety back in April to target criminals in Atlanta and take back our streets.

I’m proud to Back the Blue, and I know they need these resources to get the job done.

Enough is enough of soft-on-crime politicians desperate to shift blame and eager to appease the left and their “woke” activist mob.

Their failures have been DISASTROUS, Friend. It’s inexcusable.

The Crime Suppression Unit is proving to be an effective partnership. With the help of other state and local law enforcement agencies, it has made hundreds of arrests and apprehended dozens of fugitives.

This $2 million boost will allow the unit to hire more officers and ramp up aggressively in the weeks ahead. And I’ll continue working with state leaders and law enforcement to tackle this crime wave.
