![]() In the past year, protesting and rioting has become an unfortunate mainstay in the country. Americans protesting everything from abortion rights to election reform have swarmed city streets. And it isn't only private citizens who are involved. In fact, more than a few elected officials have participated in these protests, and several have been arrested. Now, this includes Rev. Jesse Jackson -- he was just arrested for the second time in a matter of days. Jackson is the latest in a string of recent arrests on Capitol Hill, most of which have involved left-wing protesters calling out new voter laws. Others have railed against discrimination and racial injustice. As for Rev. Jackson, he's no stranger to the police. Last week, he was one of 39 people arrested for refusing to leave Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema's office Phoenix. They didn't like that Sinema was in support of the filibuster. This time, Jackson was part of a bigger group, and they were all taken into custody. Last June, the Trump-hating reporters who always wanted to underline that then-President Donald Trump was almost traitorously soft on Russia banged a can... Well, things aren’t looking too good for Andrew Cuomo. The once-celebrated governor of New York is now being taken down by the very people who praised him. New York Democrats released a damning report, exposing his “pattern” of harassment against female staffers. But things are getting even worse for the Cuomo family. His younger brother, CNN’s Chris Cuomo, might have been part of a group that tried to hide the truth. Another day, another local Democrat caught in her own web of schemes. It never fails. If you turn your back on these politicians for just a minute, they will run amuck. Apparently, some Democrats think the public service is a path to fame and fortune. Often, we learn about local Democrats—in state and city government—who were caught breaking one rule or another. But this time around, San Francisco’s mayor is in really hot water. And the city’s Ethics Commission is laying down the law. In this day and age, we are not used to hearing about Second Amendment victories. But once and a while, the Democrats lose one. You probably remember the McCloskeys. These citizens were hammered by the media after they stood up to trespassers. The state AG tried to throw them under the bus.
