President Biden's updated partial eviction moratorium still leaves millions of Americans at risk. The administration has a plan to protect some from eviction, but it is leaving many vulnerable families without any protections, and the extension is only expected to last for 60 days.

Chuy authored the first FULL federal moratorium in the CARES Act, and since then everyone has been able to stay in their homes throughout the worst of the pandemic. But now, Republicans are blocking a full extension of the moratorium as case numbers skyrocket, and now Biden has chosen a half measure.
Half measures are going to get vulnerable people killed. It's up to progressives in Congress to exhaust every tool at their disposal to reinstate a FULL moratorium. And Chuy is fighting to make it happen.
