Today, Texas Right to Life filed a court brief urging the justices to stop the City of Austin from using tax dollars to help kill unborn babies.

In Texas, using taxpayer money to fund abortion is ILLEGAL! But the liberal Austin City Council is diabolical. They’re trying to sneak around Texas law, allocating $150,000 to anti-Life organizations that pay for transportation, housing, and other logistics for a woman’s abortion appointment.

This case has the potential to affect the ability of local governments to indirectly fund the abortion industry with YOUR tax dollars.
