are 21 per cent above 1990 levels. Canada's GHGs have risen year-on-year
during the six years of the Liberal government. Instead of assuming a
position as a global leader, CANADA IS ONE OF THE TOP FIVE WORST GHG
EMITTERS PER CAPITA and falling further behind international counterparts.
WE KNOW WHAT MUST BE DONE. AND THE GREEN PARTY IS THE ONLY PARTY
CHAMPIONING THE CLIMATE SOLUTIONS THAT WILL ENSURE CANADA DOES ITS FAIR
