This week, we’re highlighting Jamaal Bowman, the Democratic Congressman from NY-16, who represents parts of the Bronx and Westchester.
Since the day he filed for office, Representative Bowman has championed things like a Green New Deal, Medicare for All, a $15 minimum wage, and economic justice. As a former middle school principal and educator of 20+ years, he is passionate about investing in education as the backbone of our democracy.
