Diwali will be celebrated at all the different Mandirs & Gurudwaras with refreshments and fireworks. Please contact the respective places of worship for more details. Nottingham West Lions Pride Club Branch look forward to hosting a full house at Crowne Plaza Nottingham on 17 November 2019. Come and join us for a fantastic event and help *raise funds for Children's Vision Screening Camera's and Our local Air Ambulance Services*, life saving, charitable causes.

We have a great event with excellent sumptuous cuisine provide by the award winning Cumin Restaurant and dazzling entertainment by Amarjit Lall and Damini plus an amazing Bollywood Dance Group.

Apna Alzheimer's Association Launch Event

Apna Alzheimers Associationare holding a fund raiser eveningon Saturday 30th November 2019 and are looking for your support and sponsorships. The charity is raising funds for a Dementia Cafe, catering for South Asian and wider communities in Nottingham.

There will be a weekly planned and supervised Dementia Cafe for both the Dementia sufferers and their carers to attend.Although, these activities will be run primarily by volunteers, the charity will incur running costs, transport costs, resource costs, advertising costs and any other reasonable costs. Theyneed your help to support their fundraiser and are relying on local charitable gestures that ensure they meet all their set aims and objectives.
