Hi John,

President Biden won Wisconsin by 20,000 votes. This week, Republican leaders in the state purged 205,000 voters from the rolls. This comes after a conservative group sued to have the voters removed from the rolls. Suppressive efforts like this is how the GOP plans to win the governorship and U.S. Senate seat in the midterms and secure10 electoral votes in 2024.

Our only hope is to re-register all these purged Wisconsin voters.

Yes, sweeping purges like this impact Republicans. But the data show low-income voters and young people are most at risk from purges — groups more likely to support Democrats. Purging 205,000 voters from the rolls will easily shave off the 20K vote margin Democrats had in 2020. That’s the entire election right there.

We can contact voters and re-register voters -- but it’s expensive. John, can you help fund our voter contact program so we stop this voter suppression in Wisconsin and across the country?

Let’s be clear, this is not routine list maintenance. That’s why outside conservative groups sue to make purges like this happen.

Finding and re-registering these voters will take time and cost a lot. It’s starting from square one and will take money away from other get-out-the-vote efforts.

We need a surge of support to re-register and turn out some of the 205,000 voters purged in Wisconsin if we want to have a chance of winning next year. Can you chip in $25 to help us stay on track?
