Friend - wow! Last Thursday, we announced our “Undeniable Week of Action” from Aug 14-20th and around the country folks are already making plans.
So far, Undeniable Squad leaders have decided to host events in New York, Boston, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, and Miami. That’s right Friend- we’re coast to coast! Check out our website here to sign up for the events closest to you and learn how YOU can host your own action.
You might be asking why folks are so eager to take action. Well, right now we have an opportunity to win a pathway to citizenship for millions of people - something that hasn’t been done for over 30 years.
We’re getting close. Because we stepped up the pressure, a pathway to citizenship for immigrant youth, TPS holders, farm workers, essential workers was included in the upcoming budget reconciliation package. Now we need to make sure 50 Senators vote in support. Our Senators will be in their home states during their recess in August, so our Week of Action from Aug 14-20 is our chance to take our demands to them.
