COP26 - the big UN climate conference that’s happening in Glasgow in the Autumn - is fast approaching. Positive Money supporters are getting geared up to launch some exciting actions, events and content - to shine a spotlight on the banks that are wrecking our planet, and demand they stop.

We’re working with the Future Coalition, Fossil Free London and a whole host of youth-led climate groups to coordinate a big, global day of action to let the banks know the public wants them to change course.

Before we get the ball rolling, we need your help. With so much activity happening around COP, together we need to choose a strong tagline for the action that stands out from the crowd. A rallying call for the action that sums up what we want and mobilises thousands to get involved.

This week some of our office team did a brainstorm with members from the other groups involved. Together we came up with over 100 options! Then we whittled it down to the most popular ones. Now we’re inviting thousands of supporters to help choose a tagline that will cut through the media, and mobilise thousands of people to demand banks step up.

Since we started in 2010, Positive Money has always been a people-powered movement. We believe in democracy, and that we make better decisions when we make them together.
