Dear John,

Earlier this summer, we asked for your input on our emails — and you responded! We learned a lot from your feedback, and we’d like to share some of the major takeaways with you:
* More options: While many of you said that the current email frequency was just right for you, we did hear from a few people who’d prefer to just get quarterly updates. If this describes you, sign up here ([link removed]) , and we’ll keep you posted every few months.

* Varied information: Post-election audits are a huge part of our work: they give voters justified confidence in the election results, promote transparency, and can help identify other process improvements. That said, we hear those of you who’d like us to highlight our other activities more frequently, and we’ll be sure to send you more updates on what's happening with election technology and security at a federal, state, and local level.

* More ways to get involved: Some of you expressed concerns that your networks aren’t big or important enough for sharing our posts or publications to make a difference. Please know that every bit of awareness-building helps. At a time when disinformation is rampant, we need people like you to lift up our nonpartisan, evidence-based data and information on how elections work to your friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues.

One thing you’ll continue to see in our emails are those little asks to donate at the end of our messages. While we’d love nothing more than to be able to say we have all the resources we’ll ever need to put every state on the path toward better election systems and best practices, we’ve still got a long way to go on that front — and we’re so grateful for every gift.
