It is a constant challenge battling chronic government secrecy,
corrupt politicians and Biden administration bureaucrats...and this
challenge is not getting any easier.
As the Biden team pursues radical open-borders policies, our ongoing
courtroom challenges to sanctuary policies become even more
important...our unrelenting legal pressure in San Francisco has helped
bring about change there, and we are pursuing a lawsuit challenging
another sanctuary policy in Santa Clara County, California.
And there’s much more than that on our docket today.
For example, to get to the truth behind the Biden-China and
Biden-Ukraine scandals we filed 6 lawsuits and 10 Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) requests against U.S. government agencies.
Our litigation has already revealed “smoking gun” evidence that
Hunter Biden, while his father was Vice President took no fewer than
23 flights into or out of Joint Base Andrews, which is where Air Force
Two and Air Force One are based.
We are now leading a national campaign demanding that the Justice
Department appoint a special counsel to investigate all the facts and
evidence about Biden family corruption, including serious allegations
that President Joe Biden may have profited from his son Hunter’s
sleazy overseas business deals.
Day in and day out we provide proof that Judicial Watch is more
effective exposing government crimes than the weak, divided Congress
and the liberal media combined!
Just as we did with the Clinton email scandals and the Deep State
anti-Trump conspiracy, we are getting important results that go to the
