President Biden vowed to appeal that ruling, but quite simply, John, that's not enough because in all likelihood, the Supreme Court's conservative majority will affirm the ruling and suspend all future DACA applications.
It's a tragedy, and it's one that Congress must take action to reverse. DACA recipients and undocumented youth have lived in constant limbo, uncertain if some conservative judge in some faraway district will suddenly decide that they no longer belong in the country the call home. And we need you to add your voice to the growing chorus calling on Congress to defend DACAmented and undocumented individuals. We're asking you now:
