We’re gearing up for all that 2020 has to offer—a new state legislative session, the 2020 Census, upcoming local and national elections and more. But we need your help to make sure that we build the momentum to make the greatest impact. That’s why we’re launching our new grassroots volunteer base, called the RiseOut Action Team.
Join us at our kickoff event, where you can learn more about how we’ll equip you with the information and skills you need to be a strong advocate for LGBTQ New Yorkers, including how to get out the vote and make sure our communities are accurately represented in the Census. As a team member, you’ll build your advocacy skills through training, help plan campaigns that advance LGBTQ-affirming policies and connect with other advocates in our community.
