We're sure you've already heard that the Delta variant of the coronavirus is causing cases to spike and filling up ICU beds. Now, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is doing everything in his power to help the Delta variant win.

After the Capitol physician told lawmakers to wear masks again in the Capitol building, McCarthy decided to publicly mock him. Worse yet, McCarthy has neglected to reign in his caucus. Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert, always quick to promote a conspiracy theory, made an anti-science statement by dropping her mask on the floor of the House chamber.

PITCH IN $25 TO DEFEAT MCCARTHY

The House GOP is actively assisting a virus instead of their constituents, all with McCarthy's blessing.

But we have a chance to unseat McCarthy, keep the House blue, and turn the GOP upside-down. Bruno Amato, a Navy vet, actor, and metalworker, is running to take McCarthy's seat, and McCarthy is so busy throwing a tantrum over masks that he's barely paying attention.

Voters are eager for Amato -- a second-generation American who wants to fight for his constituents instead of waging culture war battles that help spread COVID-19. And we're going to help him send McCarthy into an early retirement. But it'll take a lot of resources. What McCarthy lacks in empathy and intelligence, he makes up for in money and power. So we need Democrats, inside and out of McCarthy's district, to join this fight.

Team, if the GOP is going to throw tantrums instead of governing like adults, our movement will replace them with leaders ready to do the jobs that need doing.
