I cannot thank you enough for your incredible support this past month.

 

Around this time last year, it felt like we were filing a new lawsuit
challenging unconstitutional COVID lockdown orders almost every day.

 

This year we’re in an even bigger battle – we’re taking on Big Tech for its
collusion with government entities and its unbridled censorship of conservative
voices.

 

And the ramifications could not be bigger. Our very freedom of speech is on
the line.

 

But I’ll be honest, John, I did NOT expect things to get as bad as they have
become.

 

At the start of the summer, PayPal was censoring, our client, James Staake’s
patriotic small business and was denying him the right to earn a living by
withholding payments made by his customers.

 

Then, we caught Twitter, the State of California, and Senator Alex Padilla
actively colluding to censor and silence conservative commentator Rogan
O’Handley for questioning the 2020 election.

 

You and I know that the government cannot censor free speech.

 

But now, Biden’s administration has admitted that they’re actively working
with Big Tech corporations like Facebook to censor anything that the White
House subjectively deems “misinformation.”

 

And now, with a new round of hypocritical mask mandates, proof-of-vaccine
requirements, and social distancing orders on the way – which leftists and
Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser don’t even adhere to – it’s only a matter
of time before we’re forced to file a slew of new lawsuits to protect our civil
liberties.

 

The point is that despite all the time, money, and effort we’ve put into
preventing big tech and big government’s plot to seize complete control of our
lives, the fight is just getting started. 

 

But I’m not afraid, John.

 

And I hope you’re not either.

 

Because of your support – and the support of thousands of like-minded patriots
throughout the country – I’m confident that we will win these critical legal
battles and tell radical leftist politicians that our right to life, liberty,
and the pursuit of happiness is NOT for sale. 

 

Indeed, we won a huge victory in our long-contested Brach v. Newsom lawsuit on
behalf of students and parents in California when the Ninth Circuit Court of
Appeals ruled that Gavin Newsom violated the Constitution when he closed
private schools.

 

And we’re not done fighting – not even close.

 

So, thank you again, John.

 

I hope I can continue to count on your support throughout the rest of this
year and beyond.
