Our democracy is broken. But how do we fix it? The truth is, no one piece of legislation or single reform will do the trick.

For example, we need to reduce big money’s influence on policymaking in Washington, improve voters' choices, end partisan gerrymandering, and modernize Congress. But none of these major reforms alone would fix all that is needed to renew and restore our democracy.
