Thank you to everyone who came out to our Meet the Arlington Ticket event! It was great to hear from Elizabeth Bennet-Parker, Patrick Hope, Alfonso Lopez, Takis Karantonis, and Mary Kadera! We’re so excited to campaign for you all this election cycle!
Speaking of elections, do you have any friends in the area who would be interested in joining AYD and helping keep Virginia Blue? Bring them out to our New Member Social Hour on Wednesday, August 18th at 7pm at the Board Room over in Clarendon! Then join us the following Tuesday, August 24th, for our campaign training workshop to learn the ins and outs of canvassing, text banking, phone banking, and more. We hope to see you there!

Join Arlington Young Dems for our New Member Social Hour!
Our monthly social hours are a great opportunity to meet new people, learn how to get involved, and catch up with your fellow young Dems! Everyone is welcome.
This month’s social hour will take place on Wednesday, August 18th at 7pm at The Board Room over in Clarendon. There is street parking available nearby and it's just a short walk from the Clarendon metro station.

We'll show you the ropes on door knocking, text banking, phone banking, and more! Earlier in the meeting we will also vote on several resolutions that have been brought forth by various AYD caucuses throughout the year.
